Wellness is about big love. Do you believe?

Wouldn’t you love a buck for every time someone asks you why you blog? And wouldn’t you say, “Yes, please,” to another buck for every time your reason for blogging adapts, adjusts, and changes? Me too.

Social engagement has been my primary motivation to blog because I love people. It’s really that simple. Engaging with people from all walks of life is a privilege. Oh, how I enjoy meeting terrific people, like you, through WordPress.com.

Because I miss you, I’m inviting you to follow my new blog, Angie Mc Now.

Angie Mc Now shares simple whys and ways to transform your life through wellness because, Honey, you deserve better. When I created Family Love Does More, I was physically unwell but able to stay connected via my trusty MacBook. I suffered from body weight fluctuations, swelling, low energy, aches, pains, and moodiness, which led to self-loathing, relationship tensions, and social withdrawel at times. When I wasn’t writing about family and love in action, some may remember that I wrote about food and my tentative first steps toward running, as in this post, Act as the person you want to be. Time and patience will make you so.  Here I am two years later, on fire!

Do you believe that wellness is about love? I do! In a Big way. In a BIg physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational way. In a BIG way that makes life more vibrant, happy, and whole. Just as I believe that blogging is for everyone, meaning anyone who wants to give it a go and not just the experts and pundits, I believe that wellness is for everyone. As I’m among the least likely candidates to jump onto a physical track toward wellness, I’m the perfect foil to wellness exclusivity. I’m a living, breathing, running hope and help for the reluctant, busy, or discouraged. I especially connect well with those who serve others, the strong-willed, the big-hearted, creatives…and those who love them. You really do deserve better.

You say you don’t believe that wellness is for you? Let me prove that you deserve better! Follow Angie Mc Now for monthly (soon to be weekly) posts and replies to your comments. Join Angie Mc Now newsletter, and receive:

  • Encouragement to take action toward your goals.
  • Reasons to say yes to wellness and what you love.
  • Hot tips on products to support you in all that you do.
  • Simple ways to transform your life.

I also offer private email consultations.

You say that you do believe that wellness is about love? Yes! Let’s connect and grow this love bigger, so BIG that all those near us, especially those closest to our hearts, will be more well too. I’m eager to meet others who are active online, working in wellness, health and fitness, interested in love-centered living, have entrepreneurial skills, or have been around the block a time or two. Contact me at my About Me page. I’d love to hear from you.

As I type, I’m at a coffee shop listening to beautiful music via earbuds in order to drown out the hilarious conversation being held next to me by two old dudes talking political smack. My cup of lovely dark roast coffee served black and filled to the brim, is an example and motivation to enjoy simple things to be more happy, more well. If our paths don’t cross again, thank you for the great run and may your life be lovely, simply happy and more well ! For those who are new here and like what you’ve stumbled upon, I look forward to meeting! For friends who want to reconnect, catching up has been fun for me and I hope it will be for you! Now it’s your turn. What’s new?

Until we meet again ~ Angie Mc
